Women's Leadership Program
In 2008, GreaterFindlay Inc. launched the Women’s Leadership Program with the goal to engage, educate and develop women in leadership positions in the workplace and the community. From the first event held at Owen’s Community College, which attracted over 80 women to the most recent program attended by over 200 women held at the Findlay Country Club, Women’s Leadership Program has continued to grow. We are excited and amazed by the rapid growth and support of the group.
Recently a mentoring program, "Women's Mentoring Connections", was developed to build on the intergenerational skills and needs of the members. The group is scheduled to meet quarterly with topics ranging from public speaking skills to philanthropy in the community. Other "Socials" and networking events are being scheduled on a regular basis as well.
